An Australian public entity established in 2003, Cumminscorp Ltd is an environmental technology company or ‘envirotech’ which manufactures a comprehensive range of products focusing on aquaculture, waste water recycling and water remediation and regeneration.
The company has invested heavily in scientific research and development, creating a suite of innovative commercial, environmental and industrial products for water remediation and purification, aquaculture and waste water treatment. Mr. Edney was a Director of Hydro Solutions Asia, a China Based company that specialises in marking water quality solutions in China.  Mr. Edney appointment is part of a strategic move to build a market in that country for water technologies.

MR. WARREN GREINER - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Mr. Greiner joined the company in September 2006 and has accumulated extensive experience in the financial and management fields. Mr. Greiner is responsible for the daily operation of the company.

MR. IAN CUMMINS - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Ian Cummins as founder of the company provides the inspiration and ingenuity for the Research and Development section of the company.

MR. MARK WATCHEL - DIRECTOR

Mr. Watchel is a Director of Kindico Partwerc Pty Ltd and a Director of Vindico Audit Pty Ltd, a specialist Chartered Accountants firm in Brisbane, Australia.
